Robert Noe Gadsby

Chef/Proprietor

Growing up in Bedford, UK, Chef Gadsby's family cultivated their own vegetables and fruits in their grandparents' Victory Garden. In his spare time, he explored both the countryside and the city, seeking authentic regional foods. His culinary adventures took him miles away to new restaurant openings where he immersed himself in the vibrant and diverse ethnic food scene, particularly prominent in London and the northeast of Great Britain. This passion led him to enthusiastically enroll in Westminster College London's catering program.

After completing stints abroad in Italy, France, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, Chef Gadsby ventured to the United States, where he graduated from New York University with a degree in Global Hospitality Management. He worked alongside culinary luminaries such as Thomas Keller, Tom Colicchio, and Robert Wiedmaier. In 2003, Chef Gadsby received critical accolades including “Best of the Year” from Bon Appetit, “Top Ten New Restaurants” from Los Angeles Magazine, and received a 3- star rating from the Los Angeles Times and 4 stars from the Los Angeles Daily News. In 2004, his first year in Houston, he was awarded “Best Restaurant” by Houston Press and My Table Magazine and was featured in Robb Report's “Best of the Best” and “Chef of the Year.”

Chef Gadsby has appeared on numerous television shows, including the Food Network's Iron Chef America, the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, among other national syndications. This venture marks his first solo project as both Chef and Owner.
